Departments
Product Design & Mould Engineering
The process begins with the client’s idea, which can range from an initial concept to a fully developed design.
Through a close collaborative approach, the concept is refined and optimized, carefully balancing aesthetics, functionality, and technical feasibility.
With the support of advanced 3D modeling and rapid prototyping technologies, the design is iteratively tested and validated until full alignment between visual quality, functional performance, and manufacturability is achieved.
Once approved, the design is materialized into single-cavity samples produced via injection molding, the same industrial process used for final production, offering the client a highly accurate preview of the final product at scale.
Following approval, the technical team moves into the detailed mold engineering phase, where every component is optimized to ensure maximum durability, precision, and long-term reliability.
Feasibility studies and simulation-driven analysis guide every engineering decision, ensuring fully customized solutions seamlessly integrated into the client’s production workflow.
Tooling Department
Our machine shop consists of 14 state-of-the-art CNC machining centers, where the tooling that defines our molds is brought to life.
The combination of advanced automation, in-house expertise, and continuous 24/7 machining cycles enables a streamlined and highly efficient production process, significantly reducing tooling lead times while ensuring maximum precision and consistency.

Molding Department
The molding department is the core of our production and operates with 11 injection molding machines.
The production area is structured into two main sections, designed to manage different mold sizes, from small and medium formats to extra-large molds, while maintaining full process stability and control.
Production runs on a continuous three-shift cycle, enabling us to meet any production demand and significantly reduce lead times, even for the most complex projects.
