At Cabrellon quality extends far beyond our molds, it is embedded in the way we manufacture them.
For many years, we have actively invested in environmental responsibility, embracing clean energy solutions with the belief that even a specialized industrial company can contribute meaningfully to a more sustainable future.
Today, we operate across four production sites, three of which have been powered by photovoltaic systems since 2009.
We believe that true quality is not limited to the final product: it is expressed throughout the entire production process, where environmental impact becomes an essential part of the value we create.
This vision led us to develop a highly advanced photovoltaic system, unique in our area, extending across both rooftops and vertical façades, reaching a total installed capacity of
1 MWh.
Furthermore, all additional energy we purchase is sourced exclusively from renewable provider
Carbon Footprint
Cabrellon operates across four production sites, three of which have been equipped with photovoltaic systems since 2009. In the current industrial landscape, operational efficiency and product reliability are no longer sufficient indicators of corporate performance on their own.
Today, long-term value creation is increasingly defined by the ability to integrate sustainability into corporate strategy through a clear and forward-looking management vision.
In this context, Cabrellon has further strengthened its commitment by investing in an advanced and distinctive photovoltaic system (the first installation of its kind in our region) extending beyond traditional rooftop surfaces to include vertical façades as well.
This infrastructure reflects a structured approach to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility, aimed at reducing our overall footprint while increasing production autonomy from conventional energy sources.
In addition, all supplementary electricity purchased by the company is sourced exclusively from certified renewable energy providers.
Environmental Sustainability
Delivering high-quality products does not mean focusing exclusively on the final outcome.
At Cabrellon, we firmly believe that true quality is defined by the entire production process, including its environmental impact, which plays a fundamental role in the overall value created by the company.
Our upgraded photovoltaic system has a total installed capacity of 1 MWh, enabling us to cover approximately 55–60% of our total energy consumption.

“Zero” Waste
Beyond relying exclusively on renewable energy sources, Cabrellon is strongly committed to minimizing waste throughout its entire production cycle.
Across all facilities, waste is meticulously sorted to maximize recycling efficiency and resource recovery.
In addition, 100% of the plastic materials we purchase including polycarbonate, copolyester, polystyrene, and other technical polymers is reintegrated into recycling streams.
Molds and products that do not meet our quality standards are mechanically ground down, and the resulting material is resold to specialized companies for non-food-contact applications, ensuring full material recovery within a circular production model.
