Cabrellon Srl was founded in 1966 in Longare, in the countryside near Vicenza, as a small artisan workshop led by Silvio Cabrellon, a passionate and determined craftsman.

Initially focused on the production of general mechanical components, Silvio turned a chance encounter with the confectionery industry into a unique opportunity: to develop plastic molds for chocolate that were innovative, reliable, and suited to industrial needs.

Every stage of our history reflects the same principles that guide our work today: attention to detail, precision, and the ability to transform complex requirements into concrete, high-performing solutions.

Dedication, decades of accumulated know-how, and a constant drive to overcome new challenges have made Cabrellon a trusted reference in the industry.

Our molds are used across global markets, shaping many of the most iconic chocolate products.

The company remains based in Longare, near Vicenza, where it was originally founded in 1966.

Our team consists of around 70 professionals, working across production departments and offices.

Sustainability

Our company operates across four plants, three of which have been equipped with a photovoltaic system since 2009. In the current context, efficient processes and reliable products are no longer sufficient parameters to assess the quality of corporate performance.
