We offer a range of material solutions, enabling our clients to choose the option best suited to their production needs.

Polycarbonate is the primary material used in the confectionery industry. For many years, we have exclusively worked with leading global polycarbonate suppliers such as Bayer and SABIC.

We provide two polycarbonate options: standard polycarbonate and reinforced polycarbonate. The reinforced version delivers enhanced performance in industrial production environments, offering superior resistance to impact and torsion, and significantly extending mold service life.

All the materials we use are FDA-approved and suitable for food contact.
In addition, all our materials are regularly tested by independent laboratories.

BPA free moulds

The EU has introduced a ban on BPA in food-contact materials: from 2028, the production of chocolate molds made of PC will be discontinued.
