Before mold manufacturing begins, every detail is verified through advanced simulation tools, minimizing risks and optimizing overall performance.
Each tooling is tested, sampled, and fully validated prior to production release.
Production
Special attention is dedicated to the molding process, ensuring full end-to-end control from the initial phases through to final production.
Throughout manufacturing, the process is continuously monitored. Periodic dimensional sampling is performed at regular intervals, with all measurements carried out using high-precision automated metrology systems.
This ensures strict adherence to tolerances and full repeatability of results.
Quality data is systematically analyzed to guarantee process stability and consistency. All external components are assembled according to defined procedures and tested to ensure correct functionality.
